Solution
Power supply: SeaSonic S1211 430B
Graphics card: GTX 750 Ti

With your budget, this is what I came up with? Do you have a specific website that you prefer to order PC components from?

Addendum: I completely forgot about your lack of memory. When you list the website, we'll see if we can squeeze in an 8 GB (4GB x 2) memory kit.

I'm not quite sure what kind of gaming you're wanting to do on this system.. But I'd say upgrade your Ram first. 2 gigs seems like it would barely run an operating system to be honest. An EVGA 500 watt PSU on amazon would work great and then just pick up GTX 750 TI. Deciding what kind of gaming you're going to be doing though will decide on the graphics card.

wil using readyboost do anything??? and those two are little costly

What is your upgrade budget? What version of Windows do you run, and is it 64 bits? Do you live in the US or some other region? Please name a few games that you would like to play, and at what resolutions and settings? (e.g. Doom @ 1080p, 60 FPS, ultra settings).

I don't think you're going to see any difference honestly. You can try it though!

any website is fine, amazon.in is which i prefer , but any site is fine
but that graphics card you suggested itself cost 10k

I'm over your budget on the power supply and graphics card alone @ 11,441. Question: What is your current power supply's manufacturer and model #? I'm wondering if it supplies enough power to use. You really do need more memory, and the power supply and graphics card already have you over budget.

* Addendium: My initial response was in error. The Corsair VS model is poor quality, and probably isn't an upgrade from what you currently have. The CX 430 is middle-of-the-line quality, yet still a step up from the VS line. Unfortunately it cost even 1,000. I'd really like you to have the performance of a GTX 750 Ti and a new power supply but I don't see how that's possible with that budget. Therefore, either: (1) we'll have to help you find a lower performing graphics card (2) we'll need to determine if the 750 Ti can run on your current power supply, or (3) you'll need to raise your budget.

Please let me know the manufacture and model # of your existing power supply. Also, please confirm that you have the space in your computer case for a double slot graphics card. You may wish to take a photo of the inside of your case, upload it to imgur and share the link here.
