Is this a good build for gaming (60 fps @ultra, 1080p)

Solution
Yeah, its somewhat fine, but the CPU (& maybe even the RAM) is a bottleneck for the GPU. I have made a much better build, best fit for 60fps ultra gaming, nearing your budget, although its a bit costlier:

If it is out of your budget, the you can continue with your old build (keep in mind that your build list doesn't show the prices of some components).

Clarifications:
The CPU has been upgraded to improve the speed a little more (the next available i5 model after 6500), so that it doesn't become a bottleneck for the GPU, although the price has been increased by 108$ :-( If that is too much then you can go for 6500.
A CPU cooler is always recommended. The one which I selected is a basic one but pretty...

Looks to be a good build. I wouldn't want to guarantee that it'll hit 'ultra' in everything but it'll give you great performance at 1080p. I would suggest that you invest in a 100GB SSD to run the OS and your important applications on. Yeah, you can cut a few bucks by losing it and it's not critical but man it's such a big quality of life improvement. If your budget is already as high as you can push it then I can understand focusing on the really critical components first but if you can sneak an extra sixty bucks then an SSD would make this a really awesome system.

It's a great build. Although I can't see the price of the other parts anymore, but I would just like to suggest some things. Since you chose an H110 board, you might want to get a single channel 8gb ram instead of the dual channel. That would allow you to easily upgrade when a game that requires more than 8gb ram shows up, or you will be doing some VMs. Then another thing, for a few more dollars, you should replace your power supply and get a Seasonic S12II 520, or M12II 520 if you want a modular one, or an XFX TS 550. They have way better quality for a small price difference. The M12II 520 is currently $55 in newegg until September 14 if you use a promo code. I wouldn't miss that opportunity if I were you :)

A CPU cooler is always recommended. The one which I selected is a basic one but pretty good, & also has -10$ rebate.
Seagate HDDs have more failure rate (according to BackBlaze statistics 2016), so I have changed the HDD to a better one from HGST, with the same price.
Mobo: Same price & mostly same specs, but the one which I selected has more quality, & has a better BIOS (128 MB instead of 64 MB).
RAM: The lesser the CAS latency, the more better. So I have changed the RAM from 15 CAS to 13 CAS, and only 8$ more. Also, it is better to have a 8GBx1 RAM instead of 4GBx2, so that in future you can add another 8GB RAM to increase your memory. :)
Graphics: Same price (I think so, as that Gainward graphic card is out of stock everywhere), but more clock speed. :)
Case: The one I selected is much better. Zalman MS800 has 2 USB2 & 2 USB3 front slots, a fan controller, 6 external 5.25" bays, awesome looks & much better ventilation, only for 5$ more :)
PSU: Although the one I selected is 20$ more, it has more efficiency, 50 watts more & is fully modular too (clutter free & more options). As it is more efficient, this could save you money in the long run (cuz it will consume less electricity! :D) :)
Wi-Fi: I guess you forgot about it, & the mobo doesn't include wifi, so I have added the cheapest (but pretty good quality) 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac with BT 4.2. If you don't need it then you can remove it :)
If possible you can also make money for a 120 GB SSD, & use it to store Windows OS files, as it does make good difference.

Cheers & Regards
