So as the title said. I need help to choose a RAM for my below build.

Is actually an awesome price for 3000mhz cl15 ram

I won't really need the 3000mhz as i wont overclock my pc.
Also those RAMS arent available. So I'm back to my question G.skill or kingston in this case?

Either are fine honestly, I always go gskill but honestly it's because I used them in my first build ever and the subsequent builds I've done for myself or others they have all worked. Never replaced a single stick
