Mobo should be fine, the FX CPUs have been around long enough the BIOS should come with the needed updates (unless it's been on a shelf for about 3 years ;) ), would change the DRAM to 2x4GB to get the extra performance from dual channel, and might consider a CPU cooler (H7 or 212 EVO if planning to OC the CPU
