Here is my current build..... 2 years old so far... I am not a fan of intel CPU's.., I love my AMD's(my preference...)

I am in need of EXPERT advise plz... My Issues are as follows:
1) Due to this build.., I have become an avid Fallout 4 gamer And I want this machine to deal with the abuse of 6-10 hours of gaming at high resolutions. The video card I have chosen, I believe is the worst one for this Idea. It, after 3 hours in Fallout 4, pops out red, green, blue square pixels in any object in the game that is somewhat off a distance in the actual game play. I can get my character to walk up to it and after a few seconds.., the actual objects colors return to normal.
I used to be a fan of ASUS and radeon cards..., but this card has burnt me out on them and I am leaning towards the Nividia GTX series cards.... The card does great at everyday things...., but when it comes to gaming.., it, after a few hours, just ticks me off.
SO what would be a better recommendation for the price range of 200 to 400 bucks for a newer video card - it must be able to hand with some newer games and be able to handle 1080p resolutions ??? I can also do dual cards if they can work together and smash ANY Game graphics I can toss at it.... BUT I do prefer only one card that can handle it all and still smash any game graphics....
2) Can you recommend some better system memory upgrade that my motherboard can handle?
3) The drives I've chosen for dvd copying. I don't think they are up to the task either. They flake out on any DVD9 dvd's. I've tried several different versions of dvd from imation, riotech, Sony, etc..., all will fail on any data burns and or dvd burns....They work as expected on DVD5's though...
Any Ideas of which way I need to go on this as well ??
4) If you were to change anything in this pc.., what would it be ??
a) My plans on upgrading a few things... change out the C:\ SSD Drive to a larger SSD one.. 940Gig
b) upgrade system memory to its max of 32 gig
c) upgrade other drives to 940 gig ssd drives or to raptor drive - 1tb
Many thanks for the advise and the technical info on which way I should go.
Thanks,
Allen
