Hello there.

I've been tearing the hair out of my head the past few days trying to figure out an issue with my motherboard.
I have a capture card (Avermedia Live Gamer HD) and I'm attempting to install it's driver. This capture card is built in to the computer and is sitting in a PCI slot.
When attempting to install the driver it pops up in the task bar that it's installing it and then it proceeds to fail it.
This is the reason for the fail:

I have downloaded both the "All-in-One" AMD installation driver for the motherboard including USB & Realtek Audio, even tho the last two wouldn't resolve the current issue.

I have taken to this forum in hope to get help with this issue, since I can not find anything online regarding this problem and none of my friends have experienced the problem.

The question is if I have to find this driver somewhere else then the ASRock website or it's infact because I'm missing a particular windows update?

Many thanks in advance

I'm not sure if I wrote something wrong or if you misunderstood. The issue is that my motherboard can't read anything in my PCI slots. It's not finding a driver for the PCI slots. Basically the error pops up upon attempting to install the driver for the capture card which I obviously grabbed of the Avermedia website.
