Hello guys, I am on a very tight budget right now and I want to build a computer that would run dota 2, med settings 720p 60fps.

No, i dont have plans for upgrade, i just need it like for a year or two and also i dont overclock. I dont buy second hand parts as i dont trust them much so i would rather stick brand new. it is hard to find 2nd hand parts in my place so it is not an option.

Should I go with intel + vcard build or go with amd's apu? I am currently looking at a8-7600 and g1840 + gt730 DDR5, which is better? or are there cheaper options? it sounds miserly but i can only spend $200 maximum for the unit only excluding monitors, keyboard, etc.

Hope you can help guys,
I know this sound repetitive but i cannot find concrete answers.

Here you go - no need for cheap video cards, since Intel's integrated graphics are now better than most of them, and definitely fast enough for DOTA 2 at 720P and medium settings. Also, no operating system at this price.
