700$ PC build, looking for suggestions

Hey, your build is great, you just have to remove the CM212 as it is not needed. I just want to show you an alternative build. I skimped on some parts to fit an i7 in here. This is not the best performance per dollar build, but it would play any game you put on it nonetheless. It still has a really good PSU, and you'd be proud to say that you're rocking an i7. :)

Thanks guys, I got rid of the 212 and I'm going to ask my buddy wither he would prefer the i5 vs the i3, and went ahead with the cheaper psu regardless

I had the amazon only tab selected on my partpicker so I was not seeing the prices correctly when I clicked on your partpicker link. That price is not as bad as it seemed for that psu, and that specific 1060 is out of stock. I would still drop the 212 cooler.
