Will a fx 6300 bottle neck my gtx 670. Currently have a fx 4350 but it is a obvious bottle neck. I have 200$ to spend. I want to play games like GTA and battlefield 1 stutter free. Other option is to just get a fx8350 for some more money but I was thinking fx6300 and use the rest on some peripherals?? Any help is appreciated

Solution
The FX6300 or even the 8350 would not be a significant upgrade over your 4350.

$200 would get you a new i3 + motherboard and would be a huge increase.

I don't think an fx8350 will be any better than an fx6350. My friend had an fx6350 with a 760 that performed pretty well and it never seemed like a bottleneck. He upgraded to an i5 and didn't see a difference, then upgraded his card to a 1070 and saw a big improvement so it doesn't seem like his fx6350 was ever the bottleneck. It did run hot and loud with the stock cooler, keep that in mind.

I hear that the FX-8350 and FX-6350 are similar in performance but the FX-8350 is better with multitasking. So im better off getting a 6350 and peripherals or as CTurbo stated a i3 and keep the same garbage mouse I have.

No, FX 6300 does not bottleneck that GPU. Remember that bottlenecking has nothing to do with CPU task done by games. A higher IPC cpu on DX11 API or older, will make the difference in how the game performs while you have 4 cores in the CPU. BUT that has nothing to do with bottlenecking.
