Is this just for gaming? If yes then just get Win 10 Home and a 6600k, with the money saved you should be able to get a 1070 and an SSD. That system would be much stronger for gaming.

Also for a overclocking system 400w is really low, id go at least 500w, there is no point in buying a psu that is going to be stressed when the pc is under heavy load.

get a 6600k, and a cryorig h7 cpu cooler

with the money saved, get a good 520w or better power supply like the antec HCG 520w, xfx pro 550w, or a evga GS 550w

and a ssd
