Hi,my system parts are a i7 920 stock speed, asus p6tdeluxe,750ti and a thermaltake toughpower 1500watt.I currently use a zalman cnps11x perfoma for cooling and my case is an old no name without side fans and only 2,one in front of hdd's and the other of the back of case.Because of the bad airflow i have opened the side panel, but even then temps are not ideal for me.

In full load my cpu reach 80c and im not impressed with my cooler,so i want to buy a new one along with a corsair c70 case.
I want to overclock to 4ghz
So what's the best aircooler(that can fit in my future case) i can buy with max budget 100 euros?
Are aio coolers worth it at this budget?,also a top down cooler would be a better idea to cool my mobo along with my cpu?thanks in advance

Solution
I have the CM 212+ on a 3570k OCed to 4.4Ghz. I did replace the stock fan with a cougar pwm. The orange/black one. It's been forever since I OCed but even being dusty now; it never goes over 68c during gaming.

I like the hyper 612 from cooler master but it's big, in a medium case it was a very tight fit, but in a larger case like yours it should be ok. The fan it comes with is meant for silent cooling but you can mount any 120mm fan to improve performance, I mounted a silverstone fhp141 to it (it's a 140mm with 120mm mounts and it's 38mm thick with max 171cfm, I have 3 of them in my case) and it's better than many liquid coolers but a tad noisy at full tilt.

With this heatsink/fan I was able to overvolt to 1.7v on an amd 8350 cpu (i accidentally set it up .3v instead of .03). Mind you it was hot, almost 70 degrees but even liquid coolers struggle with over 1.6v. My temps at 1.5v @ 4.4ghz are 21degrees idle/min 55degrees max (prime 95 small fft's for a few mins) and this is a significant overvolt and overclock for my cpu which runs 1.325v stock.

I had a second fan in a push/pull configuration (it was face to face with the rear exhaust fan which is a 140mm x 20mm, only about 2mm between them) but this new mobo is closer to the back so no room for second fan which is why I went to the silverstone, best fan available.

Τhanks for your time and your answers.I have no doubt that that the hyper 212 is a good vfm cooler, but im not sure if its enough for my cpu,as the i7 920 has tdp 130watt and tends to heat a lot especially in summer when ambient temperature is 35-40c.

When i bought my current cooler(cnps11x perfoma)it was winter and the temps were good in contrast with the stock cooler i had.But even then after some time i dont think its enough for overclocking, even at stock as i said in my first comment my temps are about 80c.

So i came with the idea of a high end cooler like noctua d-14 or a good aio water system. Can you suggest me a good air cooler and a good aio system max at 100euros?

Just like a reference point. I know your TDP is higher than mine.

At idle my 6700K = 25 C Max
At full load (8 threads at 100%) = 57 C Max

My cpu is running stock, no OC. I'm using the Cooler Master 212 EVO.
My ambient temperature is 28 C. The OS is Ubuntu 16.04

I believe that results are better than you can get with a cheap liquid cooling solution.

Probably because the same reason people 'buy' into gaming headsets.
