hi guys&girls 
in need your help please ! fore like 1 year i was using intel pentiume g3258 overclocked @4.0 in the winter and normal speed in the summer, it was bottelnecking my r9 280x like hell !! anyway for now i have like 150$ so my question is should i buy a great cpu cooler and overclock the g3258 to 4.7 or more sell it and buy another one like an i5 4th gen if the second option is good what do you recommend for me + i dont have an aftermarket cpu cooler, thankx in advance.
motherboard: msi z97 pc mate crossfire
gpu : saphire tri-x r9 280x
psu : 600w 80+ bronz
