I've built my first computer, and my GPU, an RX 480 8GB, doesn't seem to be working. The fans don't spin up, it's not recognized on the device manager, the AMD auto detect doesn't see it, and none of that changes if I try to download the AMD drivers. I've also tried re-situating it, as my mobo only has one slot for a GPU. It's plugged in, and I should have enough power for it.
I've currently got the HDMI cable hooked up to the mobo, b/c it does nothing when connected to the video card. It's not showing up in BIOS, either.
