The link you mentioned was for Canada. But you said in the US.

[strike]The GT 730 would be much better than the 710. https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GeForce-OC-Profile-N730K-1GD5LP/dp/B00N802PC0/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1473640992&sr=1-1&keywords=gt+730&refinements=p_n_feature_keywords_two_browse-bin%3A6147184011[/strike]

I wouldn't go cheaper than a 750 ti. Right now they are ~$100 on Newegg. If that is too much you can probably find a r7 360 for ~$80, but that will suck up more power and perform worse. Plus if your system is prebuilt, they come with some crappy PSUs so the extra power may pose a problem.

I wanted to mention the GTX 750 Ti, but it was just out of his budget. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=-1&IsNodeId=1&Description=gtx%20750%20ti&bop=And&Order=PRICE&PageSize=36
