I purchased the i7-6800K processor through B&H: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1257559-REG/intel_bx80671i76800k_core_i7_6800k_3_4_ghz.html
It is listed as having an LGA 2011-v3 Socket on their website, but I noticed on the actual box I received that it's listed as just LGA2011. Any one know which socket it actually is?
I need it to work with the ASUS X99-A/USB 3.1 LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard that I purchased, but am worried they aren't compatible. Any help would be much appreciated.
