I really need help with my Antec 900

I knew what I was doing right until I opened my case and took a look inside. There's this random black circle where the drives go and I have no freaking idea what it is. It's like the outside of a fan but there is no fan and it's just in the way of me getting to my slots wtf is it. This is my first build and i know how to do everything but this case looks like a nightmare and is confusing me

It's a slot for another fan which is rare to see cases with extra fans inside as it's really not needed. It can be taken out. I know the hdd cage does come out of the case too. It's not exactly an easy or simple case to work with.
