any reason for going with an Asus board? I find them kinda overpriced

the Z170 Premium is WAAAAY over the top
the Z170 pro, or Z170 pro gaming/aura if you want a good looking board will do nicely

also you don't really need a 1000W Axi PSU
if you wanna spend big the new Seasonic Prime Titanium is probably the best PSU currently available for the same price
other than that 850W will be plenty of power for your system, a Corsair AX/Hx or EVGA Supernova P2 / G2 will do easily and are of good quality

instead of the Fractal Design Define S I'd go with the R5 or if you want 200mm fan capability with the basically identical Thermaltake F51 (only difference to the R5 is additional top dust filters & support for 200mm fans)

I was kind of confusing with that tho. I think I am going to skylake with the i7 6700k. I want to go with an Asus motherboard but I dont know if go with the Z170 - Premium or the Pro.
