I want to connect gtx750 ti via riser to x4 slot on thin mini-itx motherboard. I doubt that compatibility will be problem since it claims to support GPU (actually, plenty of x1 ones are really existing). However, I heard that x4 slots have 25W power limitation while 750 ti draws 60W. Will be there a problem if sufficient power brick will be used? Interested in this exact scenario so, please, don't go like "get better MB, lol"

Well, I actually had run it on x1. In reality, all pci-e cards can run with any provided number of lines, however, it might be bottlenecked. Still, gtx 750 ti proved to be not significantly bottlenecked by x4 (if pci-e is 3.0) so no issues here.
