Everything was fine until my system started to lag. I noticed 100% disk usage even when left idle for 15-30 minutes.
So I wiped my drive clean and fresh installed Win 8.1. Everything runs fine as long as I keep my system running. After a restart though, again the same problem of 100% disk usage. (I have checked this pattern after formatting 4-5 times)
(I am not connected to Internet so it's not about Windows updates)
