Geforce - where to connect fan

Hi, I have a Sparkle Geforce 9500 GT 1Gb with passive cooling system.
This is how it looks like :

I would like to install a fan on this radiator - I have a 3-pin fan that would fit on top of it - where do I connect fan's 3-pin plug on this GPU ? There are 2 white 2-pin connectors on this Geforce that are visible on the added photo above. The fan has black, red and blue cable.

I would appreciate any answer :)

Thank you for your reply :) Can you tell me which connector on the GPU pcb should I use with it ? - or it just doesn't matter which one ?
Will I not fry anything by connecting fan to it :) ?

Well, there is not much of an airflow in my case so I thought that I can add a fan to make it run cooler.
The fan that I got is very quiet so it won't make any difference in the generated noise anyway.
