When i turn on my laptop,he is showing me "Error 0xc000000d Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause". So i put new windows 10 on my USB to install, but problem is when i enter in my BIOS on F2, a can't move to settings and trigger my USB. I can only set the time and date in BIOS.

Solution
I suspect you are attempting to set the usb as the first boot drive but thats not how its done anymore. During post processing you will gt an option to press a key (just like "Press Del to Enter Setup") to select the boot drive. Press this key and then a window will open with the available detected drives. If this is a UEFI motherbd then select the usb that begins with "UEFI:"
