I found out on MSI After burner and EVGA X Precision that my power limit is locked. I can't find a thread that is similar with my problem. On MSI Afterburner I already changed the visual and is still the same. Help me guys! thanks in advance

usually there is a checkbox to unlock the voltage.
if your GPU is "unsupported" for some reason, the following post might help

I guess you should look in the settings.

You can use Kepler bios tweaker to raise the power limit, then re flash it to the card (can use GPU-Z to download the bios).

Yes probably its quite normal for there to be a power limit. It easily changed with KBT though.
