Sir please suggest me which cpu cooler is best for gaming and overclock noctua Nh-uns 92mm sso2 u-premium or cooler master hyper 103. My spec are Asus h81mv-3 mobo.gpu evga 1060 4gb.cpu i7 4770 k. Ram 16gb.ddr3.for overclocking I further upgrade my mobo to z97 series.also suggest me cabinate under Rs 4000 to 5000.

That motherboard is not going to let you overclock very far with its weak VRM. I wouldn't spend too much on a CPU cooler, because overclocking will be limited by the motherboard.

If you really want to overclock . you need a decent cooler and a Z97 board , H81 won't work.
