Hello,

I recently got a virus on my PC after my brother had downloaded some malicious software.

It seemed to spread thoughout my PC installing various adware and malware.

I managed to uninstall a fair few programs that were involved, except a couple.

I cannot seem to uninstall the last few, due to various reasons (such as errors in the uninstall panel and access is denied inside of CMD (even though I'm inside of hidden admin account)).

I would like some help in removing these if anyone can.

Here are my queries / problems:

1) Desktop129. Does anyone know anything about this process and / or what it is? I've never seen it before, and is located inside of [ProgramData/desktopfindkey]. Should I delete it? Nothing appears on Google when I search for it.

2) Inside of control panel, there is a "trotux - uninstall". It's 100% adware and changes my default browsers home page.

However, I can't seem to uninstall it completely. Whenever I attempt to uninstall, it comes up with the error message "There was a problem starting C:/Program Files (x86)/Prerpetaincliiph/sevackpvitainServer.dll" The specified module could not be found. When I go to that directory, nothing is there. HOW DO I REMOVE IT??

3) there is another virus called "DPOWER Version 1.0 (by WeMonetize)" that I also cannot get rid of. When I try to uninstall it initially, it pops up with a Russian name and says that it may have failed to uninstall the previous time (from memory) (I deleted the original folder, I think). It then asks if I want to try again in compatibility mode or just say that it did uninstall correctly.

When I click compatibility mode, it exits out of the program, then does nothing. Nothing opens. and when you try to uninstall again, nothing pops up.

PLEASE HELP. I have a lot of important information and projects on here and I want resetting Windows to be a last resort.

Thanks.

I'm using both Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner.

I managed to remove Desktop149 and DPower. However, Trotux is still inside of my Control Panel. How would you suggest removing it? ://
