Okay so, I just did built up my PC and I did turn it on, the heat goes to +60-70 while idling, it did once raise to 91 so just did close the PC. Now I'm looking out for a solution of my overheating problem. I did check that all the cables are connected rightly and that I did put the thermal paste right.

My specs:
MSI 970 Gaming Socket AM3+, ATX, AMD 970 AMD (Motherboard)
AMD Processor FX-8350
Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 Windforce 2X OC 4GB (graphic card)
Corsair Vengeance Blue DDR3 DIMM PC12800/1600MHz CL9 LP 2x4GB (RAM)
PSU Cooler Master B600 V2 600W ATX (power supply)
Sharkoon REX3 (my case with 2 fans)
And my CPU cooler is Cooler Master: Hyper 212X

I would double check temps with another program like hwmonitor. Or check temp in bios, it should be rebooting somewhere around 65-70°c this may be a dumb question but you're sure your software isn't displaying Fahrenheit? because 70-90 Fahrenheit would be 20-30 Celsius which is a good idle temp. I'd say your temp censor is off otherwise. did it smell hot? if it really is running those temps you should be able to tell inside the case, if so, I'd say you've got a faulty cpu.
