Recently, I made a purchase from ncix for the corsair k70 rapidfire keyboard because a weekly sale was happening. Moments later, I decided to cancel the order, because frankly, I wasn't too sure.

You see I am typically an arpg gamer(path of exile) ect and I play a bit of competitive arena in Wow since I last returned. The rapidfire keys seemed enticing for that reason alone, but I have read that they are frankly way too sensitive and more so cater for fps games? (Rarely play) people seem to say that when their hand is in rest mode, they tend to randomly type because of the overall sensitivity. Do you guys thiñk that the k70 lux brown keys would better suit my needs? I plan to purchase here shortly, thanks!!

The choice of which switches to use is very personal. If you are unable to give them a try, I'd consider trying to go to a forum of the games you play, or otherwise get the opinions of people who play similar games. Unfortunately there is no hard rule to decide which switches to use; you pretty much have to go with one and start building your own preference that way.

For what it's worth, I do personally prefer brown switches. They provide enough feedback without being encumbering, and the reduced noise is an added benefit. I have not had a chance to try the speed switches, however, so I can't give you any feedback on those.
