Vga led light on in main board Asus Z87-c

hi everyone
my main board is z87-c and vga Sapphire 6850

when turn on my pc and 1 beep turn on vga led in board and no display !

i tested removed vga card and use onboard vga and same slot pci card again i have problem in display !

my Language English is not good

1. Check if your CPU have integrated video;
2. Possible bios problem;
3. Possible videocard problem.
