Can someone please tell me if this is a good PC Build for $1000. This is my first PC Build and my first Gaming PC.

Mainboard: the UD3 is overall better quality than the HD3 you listed, featuring a better sound chip and offers OC capability the H170 lacks. if you don't want to OC, go with a non-k CPU
CPU Cooler: the 6600k comes without a cooler attached. I added one.
Storage: a SSD for OS + most important programs is just a joy to have
PSU: The Seasonic G series is the original series that Fractal Design just bought and rebranded and now sells for 5$ more. it's an excellent unit but no reason not to go with the original.
Case: you didn't list one so neither did I. I figure you already have one
