Hello Everyone

I was hopeing to get a few second opinions on a new system build.
This would be a multi-use build, some gaming
I have a budget around $1200 and need to keep the noise down

here is what I have so far

Any suggestions?

MB: GIGABYTE GA-Z170-HD3
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 6M Skylake
Mem: 16 GB 2 8gb sticks
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 970
HD: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 500GB
Case: Fractal Design Define S Black Silent ATX Midtower
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 220-P2-0650-X1 650W
Monitor: ASUS VN248H-P Slim Bezel Black 23.8" 5ms
OS: win 10 pro

Thanks

next to basically any CPU cooler the PSU won't be audible out of a dampened case
neither in idle nor under load
so going for the P2 is a bit overkill imo
it's a nice build but you can shift some budget.
no need to get a P2 PSU when going with a 970 Geforce because budget is tight
also no need to get a Z170 board when you use a CPU with locked multiplicator
when noise is an issue, get a CPU cooler

Thanks Isokolon I am looking over those builds now

I don't plan to overclock so i don't really need a z170 board, maybe i can trim that a bit and get the better GPU

Eximo - I chose a platinum power supply for the noise reduction mostly, I do have some plans to add tot he build latter but nothing that will take much more in terms of the PSU so 650 is a bit more then I need most likely
