I'm trying to get the best build possible for streaming on twitch while being able to handle all games, is this a good build? Can someone recommend a better one?

PSU is pretty much garbage. a Seasonic or XFX (apart from the XT) are only marginally more expensive with premium quailty
for that price of the 970 you'd be able to get a 1060 or Rx480 with way better performance

other parts look fine to me
