Best H170 Mini ITX motherboard?

Hi,
Which is the best H170 Mini ITX motherboard available right now?.

I can only find this two:

    Gigabyte GA-H170N-WIFI $113.99
    MSI H170I Pro AC $119.99


Any other option?....
I need a good motherboard for an i7-6700 non-K for my brother.

There are two other options:
The cheap: ASRock H170M-ITX/ac ($97.98 @ Newegg)
And the expensive: Asus H170I-PRO/CSM ($142.98 @ Newegg)

And out of them all, the ASUS is the best option as it would provide one more chassis fan header and a better power delivering system to the i7 (although I'd recommend a top down CPU cooler to prevent those VRM from getting overheated [something that could only be avoided by a higher end Z170 ITX equipped with heatsinks over those VRM]).

The Gigabyte is also a good choice if you have a powerful top down CPU cooler to help cool down its VRM since there are less of them on this board (therefore each of them would have to carry greater load when paired with a powerful i7).
