My motherboard is reading as a solid 96C with no fluctuations making me think its a false reading. This just started from what I noticed. I've restarted my CPU multiple times as well as CPUID. My motherboard is a gigabyte b75-d3h rev 1.1. Just want to make sure this is normal behavior as I've seen things like it before.

Solution
Yeah factory reset first I'd say. That should stabilize everything automatically, and will eliminate BIOS settings as a reason if the problem is still there.
Can you manually adjust the voltages? Also, you may have corrupted the BIOS or management engine updating chipset. Is hard to say without knowing more. Try flashing your BIOS and updating all drivers from manufacturers website (not generic ones). But get those voltages down.
