Do foldable tables shake a lot?

Hello!

I'm looking for a new desk and might just get a $20 foldable desk for its size and simplicity. My only concern is that the monitors will shake when I type or move my mouse. I have a desk now that is made partially of particleboard and the shaking is an issue for me. If anybody uses a foldable desk, I'd love to hear how it's working for you, and if I should invest in something with a little more spunk. Thanks!

I used to have a table with folding legs.... about 72" Long... and I miss that baby so much. Never had any shaking problems but then again the table was made out of solid wood and extremely heavy.

I hate to break it to you... but I honestly don't believe you'll find any HQ folding table without shaking problems for around $20. You would need a fixed table... so I recommend that you go check out the table first in person before buying it.

Another alternative would be to wall mount your display. That would get rid of all shaking and it wouldn't matter how cheap the desk you use.

Note that if you place a printer on your desk, you will notice a lot of shaking.
