Have a guy selling this for 400 in my class and im not very tech savvy, was wondering what kind of performance in world of warcraft legion this could give me. Any feedback would be great before i commit to it!

Depending on your monitor (1080 vs 720/768p ish) You might be able to squeeze out minimum settings 30 fps. But if you went to raid or in any populated area... i think it would probably drop below 15 and make it rather difficult to play. for 400, i think you could build a better system
