I have a x51 r3 alienware and i was wondering what the best graphics card I may possibly get into it.

For maximum compatibility, I'd simply go with a mITX format GTX 950 slot powered GPU (No 6-pin). This should be the absolute easiest approach without worrying about PSU output or GPU length.

EDIT - If you want the best possible card, you need to know the slot length and PSU output for anything above the 950 above.
