Hey guys!

As the title says, will overclocking my CPU (Pentium Dual Core E5400) be of any help to running these games? My GPU and RAM meet the recommended requirements, its just my CPU that JUST doesn't make it..... or so according to www.game-debate.com/ anyway.

Sorry if this is the wrong place or a stupid question.

Thanx in advance;] any help would be much appreciated.

Well if you decide to overclock it to 4Ghz, you would probably see some improvement, although I'm still a little sceptic with that old dual core. But it could never hurt to try it out. Might aswell squeeze the last bit of performance out of it :)
So go ahead. Go for a sick overclock on it, and hope that it's enough to get to the magical 60 fps!

Thanks for your response True Buie

I've read that my specific CPU is a good overclocker, I have overclocked it before to about 3.50GHz but wasn't happy because I only had a standard, crappy CPU fan. So I went back to its original 2.70GHz. However now I have a Zalman FX100www.zalman.com/contents/products/view.html?no=132 and believe that I could get it to 4.0GHz and keep a good temperature. Would that that make a significant difference?
