Internet and router crash

Hey guys. Im "fighting" my ISP for over half year now and i need to confirm there is nothing wrong on my end before i continue and (if they keep ignoring me) change the provider.

My problem is this: I have fairly good internet (testmyspeed gives result of 50Mbps stable connection). However when i start, to say, youtube video i have to wait for 10 min to load 4-5min video. When i start downloading my speed is going up to ~4-5MBps and then suddenly my internet disconnects... my router also disappear from the available networks for 3-4 sec. When my phone updates the internet is also terrible. I already changed 3 routers (different brand) to see if its router related - its not. Contacted my ISP and they said "nothing is wrong on our side" The problem is basically when i use my internet (no matter for what) its either terrible or non existent. Is there anything else i could try?

Solution
Run tracert to some common ip link 8.8.8.8. Then open multiple cmd windows and let a continuous ping run to your router ip and the ip you see in hop 2 which should be the ISP first router.

If you see no issues to your router but you get loss to the ISP router it pretty much proves there is a issue between your house and their router...there is a slim chance it is wiring in your house but the ISP can find that too.

Oooh i feel so stupid now. As a tech guy i never though of doing tracert. Went through changing routers, cables in the house, turning on/off firewalls, testing speed and pinging a website continuesly. Thanks alot

UPDATE: I just did what you suggested. out of 312 packets none was lost. i pinged with 5000 bytes both IPs
with nothing opened both seemed fine - router showing ~1 ms and the other IP showing 8ms. when i opened youtube to play video (720p) my router started showing 5-420ms and the other IP - 7-421ms. Next test will be made when i have more devices connected and it can be done on friday

UPDATE: 17.09.2016: After running through every possible connection i found that 1 of the power spliters i use had burnt area. After removing it i remade the ping trick and the status was looking good and stable. Around 5 min later the ping to the second hop returned "request timed out" result (just one) right after spiking at 1692ms. At about the same time my router had 1531ms but no drops
