i have i5 2400 3.1 8 GB ram GTX 750 1gb
my question is gtx 750 1GB is able to play all games at 60fps at lowest settings my LCD is 768p

I own a 750ti which can run all games you throw at it decently after lowering the settings.
The 750 should be somewhere around the 750ti.

i play some older games like skyrim and csgo at 1080p high settings and get around 60fps, some newer titles will def struggle but if youre willing to lower the resolution to 1280x720 or 1024x768 and some of the settings you can play newish games
