my buffalo external hard disk not showing also in disk management

hi,
2 day's before my buffalo hdd was dropped and now is not showing in my computer and also in device management.
it also not detected on cmd diskpart.
when i connected my hdd it blink's and after 10-15 min the computer shows the dialouge box of formatting but whenever i try to format it the windows show's windows is not complete format.
please help me

That is really unpleasant. :(
Mechanical drives are really vulnerable to hits/shocks.

If you have some really important data stored on the drive, I would advise you to contact a data recovery company.

Have you checked Device Manager and Disk Management? If the drive is not recognized over there, then I doubt you will manage to access the drive with data recovery tools.
