Hello, shortly, yeasterday I received new msi rx 480 8gb gpu, after instalation I was able to play Witcher 2 on these settings smoothly with stable 60 fps http://imgur.com/w1hvVRh. Today when I tried to play the game it had lower fps 45-50 and became laggy, stuttering almost impossible to play. I've tried to turn off vsync it only helped to increae fps.
Same stuttering laggy activity I noticed while browsing on my computer not playing during regular work, so I think it might be problem with something else not the game itself. It is really weird because one day I was able to play with no problem computer was working perfectly and today situation turned 180 deg. I've tried reinstalling gpu drivers it didn't helped on internet i couldn't find similar problem with solution so I am hoping you guys would provide me with me.
