Hey guys, as the title suggests my pc freezes while playing games. No bsod, just freezes and I cant do anything but reset it by pressing the button on the case. My temperatures seem to be okay. I had this problem before, did some testing like memtest, Prime95, Heaven Benchmark tool and checked my Hard disk for possible errors, but there seemed to be no problems. I suspected it to be the PSU.(because I never really changed it as far as I could remember)so I replaced my PSU. I am a bit anxious to play any games now, because I don't really know what is going on. Any help is appreciated. Here are my specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
ASUS Maximus VIII Ranger Motherboard
Corsair HX750i
Intel i7 6700K
inno3D Geforce GTX 970
2x8 DDR4 2133MHz Corsair Vengeance Ram
250GB SSD/1TB HDD/100GB SSD
I did some small tweaking in MSI afterburner and changed the temp limit to 70. Thanks in advance.
