As the title states I have a fresh PC with considerably low upload speeds. Currently I'm getting 60+ download and around 2.5~ upload. And while that isn't the worst in the world, I can get an upload speed of 65+ on my single core MacbookPro from 2009 on the very same network via wifi. As a new PC user I'm at an end with what to do. I have restarted my networks, updated all the firmware, checked that all my drivers are updated, turned of all my firewalls (I only use the default windows).
