I upgraded my PC by adding a new GPU MSI RX 480 gaming x 4gb. And it's making this weird high pitched sound and i am pretty sure it's not coil whine because in other cases it's been while people have been playing a game. For me it's both. When i start my PC that sound does not appear until i start a game and then continues on and on. But in other cases it is only appeared while they a playing the game but even if i shut down that game and start doing something casual it still keeps going. If the problem is coil whine it should appear only on high frame rate games and while playing but one that i played was going around 40-60 fps. And not the fans also I've stopped them both and that noise keeps coming.
