Hey guys...!
First of all I know my PSU is shit :D
but will i be able to run this asus GTX960 card with my system?
another problem is its asking for a 8 pin power cable (instead of 6 pin like most cards)

ASUS GTX 960 OC 2GB Black edition
https://www.asus.com/lk/Graphics-Cards/GTX960DC2OC2GD5BLACK/specifications/

I have 2 choices now.Either the asus card or Gigabyte GTX 960 mini ITX(GV-N960IXOC-2GD)
Both are at the same price.Which one do u prefer?

My system

OS
Windows 8 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i5 760 @ 2.80GHz Lynnfield 45nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 662MHz
Motherboard
Intel Corporation DH55HC (XU1)

Storage
2TB TOSHIBA DT01ACA200
500GB SAMSUNG HD501LJ
2TB Seagate ST2000DM001

PSU
Armaggeddon Voltron Gold 500 (2 x 6 + 2pin PCI-E connector
)

Solution
How many amps does your psu have on the +12v rail. If the 500 stands for 500watts then you should be good, i recommend the ASUS one because the GIGABYTE one has a smaller cooler. The gtx 960 doesn't use a whole lot of power and intel uses much less power than AMD so you are good, get the ASUS and have fun!

can u suggest me which one should i go for?
btw both are at 150$(Used) with 1 year warranty remaining

And is that true Asus gtx 960 isn`t direct 12 compatible but Gigabyte Gtx 960 is? If this is true thats a deal breaker for me
