Motherboard- Asus m5a97 r2.0 update bios 2603
Ram- hyper x fury 1866
Cpu- FX 8350
Psu- corsair 550 watt
Graphic- 750 ti zotac
Cooling- cooler Master 212 x
When assemble this config my comp would not boot I feel my processor go bad because all component work good then rma processor they replaced two time but problem remain what I do I can't understand

Sorry, I'm not understanding you there.

Did you follow the link I posted, and run through each & every suggestion in there?

I used the second CPU power connector as an example (as it is fairly common), but there are many, many more common 'pitfalls' people fall into.

Check with a single RAM module, is your cooler seated correctly, have you cleared your CMOS, etc etc.

I clear all thing first my CPU is 8320 and motherboard gigabyte 970 ds3 rev 3.0 work up to one month then one day start my PC no display shown then I checked all my component at service center except processor work fine then I go for rma of processor they replace 8320 to 8350 but problem not solve then I feel motherboard not support CPU so I buy asus m5a97 r2.0 but problem remain I have no place to check processor what am I do again replace cpu
