So i was using some old parts i had to make a new build. So when i first boot into the PC the computer is running really slow so i was like okay maybe it needs some updates so i wait for the updates still the same thing. When i check the passmark score it's super low for a FX 8250 2,890 and a Cinibench score of 189. I really confused on what the issue might be so if you can help that would be great thanks
