Help me guys...
I am having this weird problem with my PC. I could play Witcher 3 with almost all settings set to ultra and everything was fine, no overheating, no lagging, without any problem. I have Windows 10 so he updated himself automatically to the latest build and I experienced couple of freezing situations where I had to restart my PC but then was everything back to normal until today. I turned on my PC and he went to the desktop and then froze. I hit restart button and the same thing happened. After couple of time, he didn't even want to log in, he kept restarting all by himsele, he was in some king of restart loop. Yesterday I also updated my nvidia driver to the 372.70. I thought that maybe if I reinstall Windows, that it would help. But no, I reinstalled Windows 10 couple of times, I even tried Windows 7 but PC was freezing all over again. I even disconnected my drive and only SSD left, because Windows was on SSD. Problem occurs only when I install drivers for my GPU, when there is no driver installed, graphics card is working fine, without any problem. When I install driver, sometimes it gets to the desktop and doesn't instantly froze, sometimes it's good for couple of minutes. Eventually it frozes again. For a short period of time when I was able to log in and when the driver was installed, I put the graphics card to stress test. I used FurMark and the test was running for 30 min, without any problem, without any sign of overheating or something else so I thought that the problem was solved, but it wsn't, it froze again after some time, about 20 min after I stopped the test. I went to safe mode, uninstalled latest driver and restarted. As I said before, when there is no driver, everything is fine. I tried some older drivers but same happens, I even tried the driver that came in the box with graphics card but with no luck. Everything started with Windows update and now I don't kknow what to do. I don't think that the graphics card is damaged or that it's going to die, maybe it's problem with the PSU? I am currently using onboard graphics.

I didn't overclock anything, everything is running on stock except RAM, from 1333 to 1600
I have Corsait RM 750 and it has one problem, the fan is not spinning as it should, only on rare occasions when the power drain is big enough, it gets very hot sometimes, but for some reason fan doesn't spin
I tried installing only driver without any other software llike 3D stuff and other things that come with Geforce Experience and I also updated BIOS to the latest version avaliable for my motherboard.
