It's a little confusing to me.

I would suggest you remove the GTX 750 ti and then select default BIOS settings to return things to how they were and start again. (There's a hint that the wrong settings may have been selected.)

Install the GTX 750 ti as normal.
Plug the monitor cable into the GTX 750 ti.
Boot PC.
Install drivers.

Your BIOS should choose the GTX 750 ti as the display device automatically; most do. A few BIOS may need to have the PCI option chosen for it to use a discrete graphics card. (Yours sound like it should do it automatically.)

Okay, I don't know what I did, but i think obakasama is right.
so. Yesterday I started to do random stuff like make my integrated graphics disabled even though graphcis card wasn't working inside. And I knew there was probably some way to default settings. I found out you have to take out CMOS battery. SO i did that, Resetted. Then, Started getting error 0xc000001 or something(booting error) and so i went to safe mode did like chdsk. or whateva then restarted comptuer. Worked fine. THen because i saw your post, I tried putting graphics card in as your post had stuff to do with the bios in default. AND IT WORKS. WOOOT. THANKS for giving me hope Obakasama and making me want to try again! Also, tahnks James! I appreciate the help!
