Hello.
I am having trouble connecting my any headsets to my Gigabyte 78LMT motherboard. My specs are...

AMD FX6300
Gigabyte 78LMT Motherboard
4GB Ram
Nividia GTX 750ti

Whenever I try to connect my head set to the usb port, and start playing sounds, my keyboard goes out and I cannot use it until I unplug the headset and restart the computer. When I do it through the analog ports, the straight up don't work. I accidentally deleted Realtek a while ago and now instead of saying Realtek high def audio it says Realtek digital output. What should I do? Thanks

Ah hey a fellow 6300 + 78LMT user

Try seeing if there's any place you can find those realtek drivers. They're probably out somewhere.
Also, did you try other ports? Does it happen on all ports, even the front side of the case?

There are three versions of the GA-78LMT-USB3 board - Rev 4.1, Rev 5.0 and Rev 6.0. I have a Rev 6.0 in my second system so you might need to remove the Realtek driver and re-install it. Do a reboot and this might cure it.

On a side-note, are any other GA-78LMT-USB3 Rev 5.0 or Rev 6.0 users having major problems with the VIA USB3 drivers? There have been many users saying the drivers simply don't install properly and there is a bug in the driver code. I've disabled the USB3 function on my one which doesn't really worry me as I use that system solely for downloading and the six USB2 ports (four back and two on the case) are plenty.
