Way to limit bandwidth to a Iphone 6?

Don't know much about iphones nor internet, but whenever my cousin comes over (Which is a lot unfortunately) the internet just drops. The download speed isn't effected that much but when I play Games such as csgo and overwatch the ping goes up to 2000. But when she isn't using her phone it instantly goes to 40-ish. I have a frontier router. I would ask her not to use her phone, but she acs like satan and I like my life. So is there away to stop this like maybe reduce the amount of wifi goes to her phone?

A simple method - but with potential consequences:

Get wired internet for your PC -- usually this is just plugging in an ethernet cable.
Then shut off the wireless access point on your router. The iphone will not have a local wifi to connect to.
the iphone will still work, but will need to use the cellular network.

I already tried turning the phones internet off via mac address, which resulted in.. interesting results... And The router isn't in a accessible location for my desktop.
